STAGING & LISTING PREPARATION 

Home staging is the process of removing or adding decor, rearranging furniture, and expertly dressing up a home to make it look stunning for listing photos and potential buyer walkthroughs. Home staging is essential to drawing buyers in from online listing photos and getting top dollar for your home.  

Listing preparation and staging ideally starts weeks prior to putting a house on the market but I've also done it in a matter of two days with great results. Not only do I work on my own listings but I also consult for other REALTORS® clients in and around Rochester.
